Can't add users to free account

Hey there,

we only have 5 users (the max is 10 for free accounts) - is there a reason why I can't add any more?

How can I add more users if we're below the 10 user limit?

I've contacted the help desk but they suggested I use the community board.

You have to check the total of user from the user management section:

Cog wheel > User management > Users

Remove any unwanted user and invite anyone else you wish

We only have 3 users in total in Directory > user management > Users. I cannot add a fourth user and I'm getting a message saying that I need to upgrade my plan...
