Can't add issue to project

Hello, I have a project listed in my Projects dropdown but when I go to that project and try to add an issue to it, I am unable to because that Project isn't listed in the dropdown under Create Issue. Instead it points to a board where I share this project (JN) with another project (FMC)

Please advise.

Make sure that you have permission to create isues into this project (see this https://confluence.atlassian.com/jira064/managing-project-permissions-720412504.html)

Go to admin project => permissions => create issue
