Fields like Create date or status type have disappeared from the Details block in the NEW view of JIRA. These are required or the software is useless. When I go to configure there are no fields to enter. I have asked my admin to reach out to Atlassian and IT told me there is nothing that can be done. Which doesn't make sense, if they can't figure this out I am going to have to find a different software platform for our 300+ users. I don't know if that is a big enough account for Atlassian to care but now they are forcing everyone to the new view in January and we will be screwed. Please anyone help or suggest a better software platform than JIRA.

Created, Updated, and Resolved dates appear below the Details and More Fields blocks:
Issue Type can be seen by hovering over the issue icon.
Let us know if there are other specific fields you are having trouble finding.
