This was due to your site being on maintenance window. The maintenance window for your site is from around 1am to 3am on the timezone you have started your site, If its during American timezone then your site was on maintenance.

Please check with your Atlassian org admin, whether your account have necessary permissions to access or not.

I believe we have the access permission since we are using it 2 hours ago, and IT is not making any changes today.
