Hi!
Since three days ago, NOBODY on my team has been able to access some features of Jira Software, namely the Board, the Backlog and even the reports.
I have no idea what could be causing this. It was literally out of nowhere.
What have we tried:
Suspend and restore project access to users
Delete the project and recover it again
Here is a screenshot of what is happening:
If anyone can help I would appreciate it!
