We have created a new project a confluence, and link it to our Jira board, but I can't access Jira. It loops forever and then I get the "

Message. I've cleaned caches and cookies, and disabled my access to the other Jira board I used few months ago. The rest of my team have no problem accessing Jira. Do you know what it could be?

Welcome to Atlassian Community!
Checking the details of the site, I can see that you are a member of the group confluence-users only, that's why you can't access Jira because your site administrator didn't give you permission for that.
Please, talk to your site administrator for them to add you to the default Jira Software group and also to add you to the Jira project.
Once you have permission, you will be able to access Jira from Confluence.
