Our Admin recently added JIRA to our Confluence OnDemand site. When I try to access it by clicking on the 3 bars in the upper left corner of my Confluence dashboard, I see JIRA as an option in the pulldown menu, but when I select it, my browser refreshes and re-displays the Confluence Dashboard.

Hi Rick,

Have you tried going directly to the instance url without the /wiki/ at the end.

Your Jira instance should be at instance.atlassian.netand Confluence at instance.atlassian.net/wiki/

Also check if the link to Jira (by hoovering over the link) directs you to the correct path.

Hope that helps. Feel free to create an OnDemand Support Request at support.atlassian.com if you find something doesn't make sense, and we could take a closer look.

Cheers!
Mauro
