Can't able to create JIRA support ticket

Hi Team,

I'm trying to create a JIRA support ticket, however i have filled all the details and trying to create a support ticket. it's not allowing to create a JIRA support ticket.

I need to discuss with support team on couple of topics like billing upgrade, migration activities and workflow error

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!!

In Chrome, could you please try these steps:

1. navigate to id.atlassian.com and clicking *Log out* in the top-right corner of the screen.
2. head back to support.atlassian.com and log in with the *Log in to contact support* button at the bottom the page.
3. check to see if you are able to do it.
4. Please replicate same thing incognito mode.
