Can't able to add Users in Jira Cloud Free Instance

Hi Team,

I have created free trial instance for Jira Cloud  and I am trying to add users in that free Instance but I am getting below warning message (see attached screenshot)

I have added total 6 users in that 3 users are showing below warning

Kindly check it and do the needful.

This message means that the account you are trying to add has been shut down, almost certainly as a result of the owner saying "I don't want my Atlassian account any more, please close it"

You'll need to get the owner of the account to re-enable the account, or create a new one and let you know what that is so you can add that instead.

There is nothing we can do here, we're a community of people with an interest in Atlassian stuff, we've got no access to your systems, nor any access to other people's Atlassian accounts.
