I already registered and received donfirmation emails. I am using the correct useranme and password. It tells me that Jira OnDemand for https://browngreer.atlassian.net "is not active in this instance."
Duh, OK, I figured it out... it's just the username and not the full email address. Pretty stupid return error for such a simple problem!
