In my Jira task, I'm clicking "+ Add" to link it to an existing Confluence page. However, the only options that come up are to create a new Confluence page or whiteboard, not link to an existing one. I've connected my Jira space to my Confluence space, is there something else I'm missing?

Linking is an optional feature in Jira. Check Settings > Issues > Issue Linking is turned on. If it is on you'll see a DEACTIVATE button at the top.
You may also need to ensure the user has permission to link a Jira issue to a Confluence page? In Jira this is a per-project setting.
