Can't Edit Work Logs Even Though I Have The Permission To Do It

Hi there,

I am trying to edit/correct a time entry for another user. I go to the issue, click activity and then select work log. I have hovered and clicked on the time entry I need to edit but nothing appears (no pencil, no link, no nothing). I have checked and I do have the permissions to edit both my own work logs and other user work logs. Any idea as to why this is happening and how to fix it? Also, FYI, I haven't transitioned to the new version Jira rolled out earlier this year.

It's a classic project. Unfortunately I do not see the edit or delete option

If you want to modify other user's worklog, you need the following permission.
