Hi,
I feel like this is a bit of a silly question, but I can't seem to find a solution or any other mention of it on the internet.
I'm trying to create a site, but I continuously get the following error:
Hi @Venfi Oranai ,
Seems few of others got the same issue._ I've asked Atlassian support team to check for this.
@Venfi Oranai I was able to create a site today, so whatever the problem was, it got fixed. Hope it does work also for you now :)
@Mirek , @Piyush Annadate _ACE Pune_ thanks for your support!

Hi Venfi, Mirek,
I have exactly the same problem since yesterday (30.05) and there is one more guy on this forum with the same isue (https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Jira-questions/I-tried-to-setup-Jira-and-got-an-error-on-account-creation/qaq-p/3034610)
I tried solutions suggested to him but nothing worked. And I also wonder how we should raise this with support without having url :/

Hello @Venfi Oranai
There is not such a thing as silly question :) ..
Thank you for reaching Community. It looks like a strange issue.. So you are saying that you are getting a problem always not matter on which browser or settings?
Did you tried right now only or the problem is happening already some time? (like you tried yesterday etc.)?

Hi Mirek, thanks for the answer.
I tried yesterday as well as today using Chrome on my PC, even tried it through Firefox on my phone, but I got the same result.
Seems like it's a wider issue though based on the other replies.

You need to know that according to status.atlassian.com there was a long maintenance going on and things might be not stable - especially over weekends, but lets wait for someone from Atlassian to reply on this.

Actually, there seems to be an issue or small area of issue. Atlassian knows about it !!
