Can one Dropdown menu choice alter the choices in the next Dropdown menu

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

In Create Issues can one Dropdown menu alter the choices in the next Dropdown menu? If the first drop down was the main category and the second one would display only the sub categories that relate to the main chosen. Example if choose Red in first Dropdown the second only gives options for shades or red, if you choose Blue in first Dropdown the second only gives options for shades or blue. Hope that makes sense : )

A cascading select can do that (I think I just suggested one on another of your questions!)
