Can not taken back the data input after validate in report

Hi,
I am working on the report module, created a custom report.
I am stuck in step validation data for a report form.
Flow the step: Select the Filter, Select starting Date,Select ending Date, select Interval -> click next
It only was taken back data for the interval.
How should I take back all old data input before validation?
