Hi @이수지
Are you on a paid plan, or a free plan?
Are you using your instance daily, if it's on a free plan, or you have many days to use it?
If you are on a paid instance, have you paid your bills?
If all the above are not valid, then it could be due to moving data (data residency) to another location, scheduled by your admin.
I would suggest to wait it our a few minutes (depending on the data you actually have) and try again, or/and contact your atlassian org admins.
Alex
Hello @Alex Koxaras -Relational- ,
We were currently using free services, and up to 10 people were free, so only those people signed up and were working on it.
I used it until last Friday, but it hasn't been working since this morning, and the notification has popped up.
All the existing tasks were gone, so I couldn't work at all today.
Is it a pricing plan problem? Or is there another reason?
I'd appreciate it if you could tell me how to do it.

If you are on a free plan, then there's no price issue :)
So kindly wait it out and let us know if you still have this error after a couple of hours.

Hi @이수지 ,
The maintenance window occurs daily between 1 a.m. and 3 a.m. in the timezone of the server of your Atlassian app. The timezone of the server is set based on the timezone of the person who signed up for the app.
To find out the timezone of your maintenance window, or if you want to change it, contact Support (Select Technical issues and bugs in the form).

HI, @Rilwan Ahmed
It's 5 p.m. long past dawn in Korea to be the dawn of the app server time. I think it's a reason other than working on the server, so please check if it's right.
