Can not change status after custom field deleted

When moving an element to the "done" column, I get an internal error:

What I did?

- I did remove a custom field from my settings.

- All my transitions does not have properties

- I don't see that field on the screens

I am a bit lost. Anybody?

Hello @Jean Honlet 

Does the error happen for every work item that you transition to "done" in that project?

Does the error happen for all users that try the same action?

Have you tried the same action in a different browser application or a private browser window, or after clearing your browser cache?

What type of project is it? Get that information from the Type column on the View All Projects page under the Projects menu.

Did you have any rules/validators or post functions referencing the deleted field on the transition?

Hello Trudy,

I look like it is linked to the deleted field. Only when transition to Done.

- If I restore the field, everything is fine.

- If I delete the field, I can not transition anymore to done.

In my workflow, I see no custom properties.

Where could I find the "things" that happen in the transition?

In the workflow editor you would need to click on the arrow for that transition to see the "things" that can happen related to a transition. The exact presentation depends on the type of project and whether you are using the old or new workflow editor.
