Can issue type use different workflows for different project?

Example - Bug is setup in Default Workflow, Software Development Workflow, and Support Workflow

All 3 workflows have different states for the Bug. Project A uses Default Workflow and Project B uses Support Workflow. Support Workflow appears to over writing Default workflow impacting Project A. 

How do fix Project A Bug to use Default Workflow  and Project B Bug to use Support Workflow.

You can modify the Workflow Schemes associated with the projects so each Issue Type has it's own workflow.
