Can info in Project settings>Details>Description be shown to the users?

Hi,

It seems that the users cannot access the information reported by the Administrator under Project settings>Details>Description.

Is this info reported in any screen visible for the users?

I previously used Jira Core (Server Version) and this info was visible to the users.

Here is a change request related to that:

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
