Can i see what all users are doing at the moment?

Is there a list where i could see if any of the users are inactive or what are users doing?

No ist gives no such list.

The only thing where activitys tracked is the activty-stream.

But the question is why you want to do this?

Our company would like to get good overview what somebody is doing.

As a System Admin you can view the current User session (gg + User Session). There you can see when a user last accessed the system but not what he has done. So I guess this does not answer your question completely.
