Each of our customers has their own security level in jira.
I need to know the status of the client (not of the issue). They could be active or black-listed or smth. Can I put this information somewhere to see it later in every issue of this security level?

Security Level has not further metadata that can be associated to. You could just add that information to the description associated to Security Level.

The only thing I can think of to do is to name it in such as was as it is description for what it is. The length of the name doesn't really matter.
