Can i run different version on JIRA hosted cloud?

Hi,

Is there a way to switch the version in JIRA cloud. Like suppose 10 customers are using the JIRA cloud , jira will release the update .But some customer need to use the older version and some need to work on updated version. There is any possible way to achieve this in JIRA Cloud.

No.  When you're using Cloud, you are on the version Atlassian currently supports, adn they will update it on their schedule.
