Can i purchase "Automation for Jira" plug-in for on prem JIRA?

we are using JIRA software server v8.6.0.

I saw that the "Automation for Jira" plug-in is now for data center, can we purchase an older version for JIRA server?

SInce Feb 2023, you are no longer able to purchase server app.
