Can i generate a report for number of commits and pull requests on JIRA

I want to get report for number of Git Commits and pull requests for an issue and if possible pull requests comments in my dashboard for JIRA.

Currently there are not any native Jira dashboards connected to the dev tools data, and we are tracking interest in a native gadget at this request:

If you want this functionality you would want to check out the Atlassian Marketplace  to find an add-on that expands the feature set, and doing a quick search I found the "At a Glance DevOps Dashboard for Jira"  that looks like it has the functionality you are looking for and is designed to display dev-tools data in various dashboard gadgets.

Another option is covered by one of my associates that discusses a custom Python Script he put together to get count of his own commits that you may be able to adapt to your needs in this thread:
