Can i create a space for a customer in jira confluence that the customer only sees his space?

I need to create a space so that the customer only sees his space and does not see our history and other spaces?

It depends on what privileges your customers should have. You can start with providing view permission and you should take a call whether to provide your customers with add or delete pages, blogs, comments and attachments permissions respectively. You can achieve that with Space Permissions.
