Can i change the default wordings 'What needs to be done?' in the textbox when creating a subtask

Hello All,
While creating a new subtask through the 'create subtask button' in the new issue view, can i change the wordings 'What needs to be done?' to a custom text? I am attaching a screenshot for reference
There is a lot of confusion because of the text. It'll be great if we could just edit that. Looking forward to a solution
