You can't modify the base Jira URL on a Cloud instance at this stage - you'll need to create a new instance then migrate your data across to it.

A few pointers on this:

1. If you have addons with your cloud site, you'll may need to contact each addon vendor and have them update their configurations.
2. 50% of the time when you export / import your site, there will be import problems. You might need to reach out to Atlassian or an Atlassian partner for help.
