We are trying to use GForms to gather initial bug/support requests and get this automated in creating a jira ticket directly. We would also like to know if the comments and developments made on the jira raised ticket, can they be sent back to a gsheet format to the person who raised the request?
Currently, Delivery Hero internal stakeholders are able to have access to JIRA board through OKTA platform. The above question on connecting gforms to jira board is to be able to cater to external DH users, who do not have access to OKTA platform, and therefore JIRA board.
Had already raised a jira ticket to request a chat session to clarify on the possibilities of connecting to JIRA service platform. Would be glad to hear as soon on the above. Thank you!
