We are considering using this product. We need help answering a few quastions:
1. Can our customers send an email to our helpdesk without being( costumer-user in the project) created first?
2. Can our customers send an request from our portal withput being af user og the project?
You need to add users as customers to your project. Customers can not login to Jira, they can only login to the Portal. They can also send mail to Jira and a ticket will be created out of the mail.
So to understand:
A random customer(not in my system) cannot just send a mail to my jira mail and a ticket will becrated?
