Can anyone tell me how to create an EPIC Note Report by Author and also and INP 5010 Report

We are working with 3M Doc Scoping team and they have asked us for the following EPIC reports:

  • INP 5010
  • SER 1040
  • Notes by Author

If anyone knows how to run these, what server they are to be run from, it would certainly be appreciated.
