Can a "Name" be added to the ALL transition

Can a "Name" be added to the ALL transition

Hi,

Our customer would like ALL states to be able to transition to the CANCELLED state and would like the transition to be named "cancelling".

I created the CANCELLED state with an ALL transition but I'm wondering if the ALL transition can be renamed, or co-named, to "cancelling".

Any ideas?

Answer accepted

You can’t rename an all transition, however you could achieve this by foregoing the all transition and simply making a transition from one status to the canceled status and reusing that transition from all other statuses. In this manner you can name the transition whatever you like.

Just an update in 2025, the new workflow editor will allow you to rename an all transition now!
