@Julie MullenRoadmaps can only be used with one project. However, with a Premium Subscription for Jira, you get the Advanced Roadmaps tool which would provide this functionality.

That is only possible if you are on Jira Premium subscription, that will give you access to Advanced roadmaps which allows you to create multiple plans for a single project.
