Can a parent ticket in one queue (for example, the ENTCCR queue), and then have a subtask of that ticket in a different queue (for example, the VMNEDIT queue)?
Basically, we have one parent ticket that includes multiple sub-tasks. Some of the sub-tasks need to be assigned to an entirely different queue than the one the parent ticket is already in. Is this possible to do or does anyone have any suggestions on how to work around this problem?

You are talking about JIRA Service Desk queues, is that right?
For Service Desk custom queues, you can navigate to the queue > Click to Edit > Configure the JQL queue filter with the issues you want to display:
