Hello Team,

I am setting up new Jira/JIRA Service Desk. Here I wanted our company users/clients should be able to log tickets without login. Is it possible? (Please suggest for both JIRA server as well as JIRA Cloud)

If yes, How is it possible?

Also, can those users track there Service desk tickets without login?

Any help/suggestions on this issue is much appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

Regards,

Sachin

Nic is completely right, but you might consider implementing some kind of SSO solution, that automatically logs your users in.

If correctly implemented, your users shouldn't log in into Service Desk.

No.  A customer needs to be identifiable, so they have to have some form of account.

(Think this through - if you log an item without logging in, then who do your agents tell when it's been fixed?  How do they know who to ask if it goes wrong?  You absolutely need to identify the person somehow, might as well be by getting them to log in)
