Can tickets already created be linked to Jira tickets via ServiceNow Connector? For example, if a user creates a ticket in ServiceNow but would like to track this ticket in JIRA as well, is there a way to link the two?

@Bridget Malloy hello! What connector do you use? There are plenty of tools on the marketplace, that can help you connect Jira and ServiceNow. Such a solution is ZigiOps - a no-code integration tool that can help you connect the two and sync them in real time. So, any time a change happens in one of the systems it will appear immediately in the other. In your use case, your Snow tickets will be connected to the Jira instance and their changes will be visible in both of the connected systems. Feel free to explore ZigiOps and if you think it will be useful, you can book a demo to see this in action.

Hi @Bridget Malloy

This is Majid @ Exalate.

I am not sure what connector you are using, but this is certainly possible using our connector Exalate. You can create new tickets on target Jira, or connect existing ones to have visibility on both end.

Please feel free to book a customized demo if you would like to see the product in action.

Thanks

Majid
