I have 2 Atlassian Accounts, and I'd like to be able to use Rovo MCP to connect to both at the same time.
I can't do this in Claude or any other place, as it keeps the same OAuth.
Hi Guillaume,
At the moment, Rovo MCP can only maintain a single active OAuth session per browser/account context, so connecting to two separate Atlassian accounts simultaneously isn’t supported yet.
Here are a few possible workarounds:
Use separate browser profiles or incognito windows – each session will create a unique OAuth context, allowing you to connect Rovo MCP to the other Atlassian account.
Switch account within Rovo – you can re-authenticate under a different Atlassian account if you need to change context, but not use both at once.
Monitor Atlassian roadmap – multi-account OAuth handling is a requested enhancement for Premium and Enterprise customers, but not yet available.
You can track future improvements here:

Ok, good to know, thank you!
As an aside - I figured out that if I put ChatGPT in ot developer mode, I can add 2 Atlassian MCP accounts.
I can only use one at a time (by adding them as an option to the chat) - but it does mean that I can easily switch between chats, allowing me to switch between accounts.
Ideally, I'd prefer to have 1 chat, as then I can convert PRDs from Confluence into tickets in Jira... but at least for now, the pain of switching is more bearable.
(of course, the proper solution is to combine our instances and not need this at all 😉)
