Can Jira support data mapping functionality?

Hi Team, 

To detail do Jira have functionality to represent source and target data mappings using data tables name? The mappings can be one to one or one to many.

Please suggest the plug in or content that can help to perform this.

What "data mapping" are you looking for here?  If you mean when importing issues, then yes, Jira expects you to map fields.  Beyond that, I'm not sure what you might be looking for?
