Can Jira software be integrated with Infor ION APIs?

Can Jira retrieve ION api results from Infor OS? or can Jira be integrated with Infor OS?

Hi @Farah Khouzam I've been able to include API calls in Automations.  We're planning on calling third party API calls from some Automations in the future.  I'm not sure what part of the application you would like to call the Infor OS API calls, but in theory it should work. I'm counting on JIRA/JSM to be able to call third party API calls to read/write data to a 3rd party system. (Which ironically will happen to be another Infor product. :) ) But we're not there yet.

I've not found anything that you can install to "integrate" on either side, and I don't know Infor ION, so I cannot talk about that side.  But yes, Jira has REST APIs you can talk to it from any external systems, and it can make calls into other systems using various technologies.

First thing to do is work out what you really want from your "integration"?
