To let my team know about scheduled zoom meetings, I utilize slack. I'm always sending a' Ithe team messages each week to confirm their participation at the meetings. Is it possible to set Jira to automatically deliver these confirmations? If it's possible, I'd want to make this procedure simpler by giving them a (Yes or No) button.
To go a step further, once the team confirms their attendance, I'd like Jira to automatically send a message to another channel with all the confirmation results .

You could possibly make something like this in Jira but it would be a ton of work to setup, maintain and would not be intuitive to you or the users. I would suggest using a calendaring tool like Outlook Calendar or Google Calendar. These applications allow you to send an invite, people can confirm and it will remind them of the meeting before it happens.
