Can Jira notify in Microsoft teams when priority of an issue changes?

I'd like to receive a notification in teams when any bug in my project has the priority raised to one of Highest or High. Is this possible?

When defects are first raised they may be raised at a medium or low priority which is subsequently increased to High or Highest following a review call. I'd like to be notified when a defect which was previously in a lower priority category is updated to one of Highest or High.

I don't want to receive notifications whenever a defect in priority of Highest or High is updated (for any type of update) as this would result in too many notification.

We haven't installed it yet, but here's an exerpt:

 "The notifications you want, where you work

•  Receive customizable Jira notifications in Teams with personal notifications.
•  Choose when you want to be notified depending on tickets you report, are assigned to, are mentioned on, or are watching. "
