I’m trying to find out if it’s possible to set up automation in Jira so that forms are available in multiple languages (for example, German, English, Chinese), while still creating tickets in a consistent format.
The goal would be to:
Provide users with forms in their preferred language
Ensure all submissions map correctly to the same Jira fields
Potentially automate translation or standardization of the content
Has anyone implemented something like this?
Are there built-in Jira features or Jira Service Management capabilities for multilingual forms?
Would this require automation rules, localization settings, or third-party apps?
Any best practices for managing multiple languages without duplicating too much configuration?

In JSM spaces forms can be in multiple languages, see the Translate option on a from in a JSM space.
Non-JSM space from have no translation option, you could try to translate the fields used on these type of forms
