Can Jira Cloud Extension on Google Sheets automatically update entries at set frequency?

We have a Jira Cloud Extension which is used to update sheets everyday with the new issues which have been created on the Jira service management platform. Earlier, we had the option to set a frequency for refreshing entries daily, but since the last couple months, we have had to click on 'Refresh Issues' every time we want to update the sheet. Will the automatic refresh feature be back or is there some glitch on our side?

This kind of situation can occasionally happen when the Google authentication token expires. You can see a similar issue discussed here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/API-784
