Can JIRA automation rule be set at a team level ?

Can JIRA automation rule be set at a team level ?

Whenever a team is formed and i know that my every team must have developer, tester, ux designer, and we do not yet have ux designer onboard Can we set a automation rule with a notification telling project lead that the team does not have a UX designer ?

Also if my jira is on Data center , automation rules can be created ?

Hi @Sanshia Wadhwa you could query for the Team and send the email to the project lead role.
Yes on Data Center you can create automation rules.

So manualy we would create a role but every project will have a different skill set requirement. how viable you think it is to create a rule as mentioned above ?
