Hi @Mtahar
According to this community post with an Atlassian Team member response, each person will need to generate a API token for usage: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/API-Token-for-different-user/qaq-p/1075828
Best regards,
Bill
Hello @Bill Sheboy ,
Thank you for replaying, for basic authentication each person will need to generate a API token.
- How about OAuth work a same like basic authentication ?
- Can I find a solution to only be able to use one access token, because we are a team and we have other applications (example Tempo), or in JIRA each person needs a token and for each application needs another token ?
Best regards,
Tahar

Hi @Mtahar
For your first question about OAuth, it appears there are other posts on the community answering that. Please look at the Related Community Content on this page, or use the search field at the top of the page.
I suspect the policy for different people using different access tokens is to manage security and for solutions using more interactive behavior. Maybe for dashboard solutions a single token would work. As you are the site admin, I recommend directly contacting Atlassian support to ask about that: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
Best regards,
Bill
