Can I use roadmap with kanban board in version 8.4.2?

I want to use roadmap.

But I can't find roadmap.

You've mentioned Version 8.4.2 in the question, but stated you'd in Cloud in the Deployment Type.

If this is Server or DC, the basic Roadmap (found in a Board) is not available - the basic Roadmap is a Cloud-only feature. The only Roadmap available in an on-prem solution is Advanced Roadmaps

If this is Cloud though, for Team-managed Projects it should be visible on the left-hand menu. For Company-managed, if it's not visible you'll need to:

1. Go to Board Settings
2. Select Roadmap from the left-hand menu
3. Ensure "Enable the Roadmap" is toggled to ON
