I have recently taken over to be a scrum master on a team. They have worked with a third party who have their own jira space but I'd like it to be within the company so I've exported all their tickets into a csv with their help as I am not an admin.
I have made the board and need to work out how to best upload this csv of tickets into the board created? Then I aim to rework the tickets as they are configured wrong. Do you know how I go about doing this?
