Can I track benefits in JIRA against a story?

Good day colleagues, 

Does anyone know if I can track benefits for reducing average handling time driven by a JIRA issue ? 

Does such field exist if using JIRA DOQ versus JIRA WNST Licence?

My objective is to identify that a particular JIRA story/issue contributed to a 'One click' benefits once it is set to Done.

I appreciate any guidance

All of this probably needs to be asked of your teams, not us in the Atlassian Community - we don't know your processes, nor what DOQ or WNST mean.

The one bit we might be able to talk about is your "one click" idea, but you will need to explain it a lot more than a very short quote that just mentions it.
