Can I sort swimlanes by assignee and tickets within columns by priority?

My projects involve various assignees and I want them to each have their own swimlane. Is there a way to sort each column by descending priority while ensuring swimlanes are still sorted by assignee?

You would want to make sure you board filter is ranked by priority and then configuring your swimlanes by assignee would take care of the rest.

The columns are sorted by whatever you have in your board filter.

Swimlanes are imposed later, and are in a fixed order, but within them, the issues in the columns remain ordered by the board filter settings.

Please note that if you do decide to sort by priority, you will lose the ability to rank the backlog or board.
