Can I share a "filter" with an individual Jira user?

Can I share a "filter" with an individual Jira user?

If I created a filter and I want to share the "filter" with only the individual Jira user, how do I do that or is it even possible?

I tried, but the user who I shared only get the "results" from the filter.

Can you explain what you are trying to accomplish by "Sharing" the filter? ie, what do you mean by they are only getting the results? What would you like them to get?
