Can I restrict reporting worklog only for issues in progress ?

I don't want users to report worklog on to do or done issues. How can it be done ?

Hello,

You can use workflow properties. You should open the To do and Done statuses and add the following workflow property:

jira.permission.work.denied

but setting properties doesn't work for me - I saved workflow and put issue to done but still can log work
